If you guys see the details again, its characteristics are almost similar to tenseigan.: a bluish white and brightly lit. Also, unlike the byakugan, tenseigan does not cause the muscles around the eyes of users appears.
However, the opinion that the eye is tenseigan own Boruto quite weak. For those of you who don't know yet, it takes blood from the descendants of the clan Otsutsuki clan Hyuuga and also to enable tenseigan. Boruto eyes could have been being a dojutsu that was truly new. However, for the moment, I am still of the opinion that the dojutsu is a developing middle/byakugan tenseigan underdeveloped perfectly.
